The Considerate Constructors Scheme is the national initiative set up by the construction industry to improve its image. Sites and companies that register with the Scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.  For more information please click here 

The Scheme incorporates any construction activity that has a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry .  The main areas of focus are five areas: Care about Appearance, Respect the Community, Protect the Environment, Secure everyone’s Safety and Value their Workforce.  We continually out-perform the industry average Considerate Constructors Scheme score.
