RIBA National Award for Durham Cathedral Open Treasures

On the 21st June, our Durham Cathedral Open Treasures project was awarded an RIBA National Award for Building of the Year.
The project had previously won a hat-trick of awards at the RIBA North East Awards including the Regional Award, Conservation Award and Building of the Year. To learn more about these awards please click here.
This project was the second phase of works completed by SIMPSON at Durham Cathedral, the first being the restoration and the refurbishment of the original open treasures area within the Cathedral to create a new shop.
SIMPSON are delighted to have been a part of such a notable project and are thrilled that the project has received national recognition.
