SIMPSON carried out the high profile Fit Out of 125,000 sq ft of office space forming new offices on the 1st and 2nd floors for the Telegraph Group’s relocation from Canary Wharf back into Central London. The new facilities included new glazed private offices, video and audio material making rooms, Comms and IT rooms with wholly integrated multi-platform editorial output newsroom.

The ‘revolutionary’’ editorial office is based around a hub layout. In addition, restaurant, staff gymnasium, alteration to existing entrance, refurbishment of lift and new staircases and full M&E services installations were completed.
