SIMPSON have developed a relationship with Next since our first fit out project in 2011 in Cheshire Oaks Retail Park.

SIMPSON completed their largest project to date for Next with the major refurbishment of the Next Arndale store. The project provided Next with a 60% bigger store over four floors and incorporated many of the innovative in-store brands including : Gino D’Acampo restaurant and prosecco bar, Paperchase, Hairdressers, Emily’s paint a pot, Costa Coffee and a new flower shop.  Due to the successful working relationship on  this project, SIMPSON have also been appointed, and are currently on site completing, the creation of a new Rockar Ford car showroom within the Next store at ground level.

Most recently, SIMPSON have completed the fit out of a brand new Next store on the Middlesbrook Retail Park, Bolton.  The works included the complete fit out of the new store over three floors including womenswear, children’s wear, menswear, home, and all back of house amenities.

SIMPSON has also successfully completed new stores for Next in Kirkcaldy, Wigan, Prescott and Guiseley, and the refurbishment of their city centre store in York, St Helens, Bluewater Shopping Centre, Ipswich, Cheshire Oaks, Bracknell, Stockton and Leeds White Rose.
