SIMPSON have worked with HSBC since 1998, when we carried out their first branch refurbishment in White Friargate, Hull, completing the refurbishment to the 1st and 2nd floors.

SIMPSON continue to work with HSBC throughout the Northern Region from Sheffield to Newcastle and from Hull to East Bradford with various locations in between as well as extending into Scotland.

Network Development Programme

SIMPSON completed a rolling programme of projects on a “fast track” Design and Construct basis. Values generally ranged from £200,000—£280,000, and the projects were located throughout the north of England and Scotland.

Till Refurbishments

SIMPSON carried out the till refurbishment to 14 branches.  Works included the alterations to existing branches to become business banking tills, including the  re- decorations and signage.

Yorkshire Lite Programme

SIMPSON has also carried out the Lite Programme of works in various stores for HSBC, which included the following work.

• New walls/ceilings
• New floor finishes
• New decoration
• Modifications to lighting
• Modifications to existing air conditioning
