SIMPSON were appointed to undertake the major alterations and refurbishment works to the existing Convent and Infirmary buildings and the construction of a new two and single storey extra care centre with 1 en-suite bedroom, visitor flat and staff facilities. The refurbishment works comprise of the creation of en-suite bedroom, kitchen, dining and communal facilities. All the works were carried out over three phases to ensure continuity of the day to day operations on site.
