In 2018 we completed the refurbishment of facades on units 1-12 at the Clifton Moor Retail Park, along with the upgrade of the existing car park. The retail park and stores remained fully operational whilst the project was undertaken. In order to mitigate any risk and disruption to the stores and the general public, the works were completed in phases.

Works included within the project consisted of strip out of all the existing canopy structure and signage totems, masonry, alterations to sheeting rails, alteration of secondary steelwork and reconstruction of the door thresholds.

Following the strip out works new steelwork, cladding, re-erection of canopy and shopfronts were installed.

Following the works to the facades we carried out the reconfiguration of the car par, installing new kerbs, tarmacking, white lining, drainage, lighting and landscaping works.
