In 2018 we began on our first project with Cineworld at Rushden Lakes. Since then we have completed projects in Plymouth and York, with works currently underway on their new Cinema at Finsbury Park.

Work at Rushden lakes included the creation of a 14 screen cinema with a project value of £3.95m, including an IMAX, Screen X and 4DK screen. Click here for Photographs of the completed project.

Our second project with Cineworld at Plymouth, consisted of the fit-out of a 13 screen cinema, with a value of £3.9m including the 3rd biggest IMAX theatre in the country, holding up to 450 people. Click here for Photographs of the completed project.

Our third project for Cineworld was in York, a new 13 screen cinema with a project value of £4.2m, included within the fit out was a VIP lounge incorporating a bar and seating area along with 2 VIP screens. Our Fourth project at Finsbury Park Picture House, included the fit out of an 9 screen cinema with a value of £3.25m. The cinema was over split levels from the basement to the first floor level within a larger multi use and residential development.

The work content on all these projects includes all mechanical and electrical installations to the screens, public and back of house areas, installations of all screen ceilings, base build joinery including door packages bespoke joinery works to the toilet areas, ceramic tiling to floors and walls, floor finishes, decoration, structural steel elements and balustrading.

We are also responsible for the management and supervision of all client direct contractors including, seating, screens, soft flooring, concession fit-out, acoustic wall treatments to auditoriums, projector and sound systems and internal signage/ external signage.
