Progress at Springfield, Harrogate

Great progress photographs taken today (23.01.2020) showing our progress on Springfield Healthcare Group LTD dementia care village in Harrogate, where we are undertaking the Design and build of an 80 bed Care Home and 22 bed Care Suite development in two separate buildings each having accommodation over three floors in addition to a basement under the entire footprint providing car parking for 21 cars and habitable space for ancillary services and communal facilities.

This project is located in the Harrogate Conservation Area and features a palette of façade treatments to sit suitably in its residential setting with a project value in the region of £10 million.
