Next, Vanguard Retail Park, York

SIMPSON were delighted to be appointed by Next Plc to carry out the Fit Out to the new Next Store at the Vanguard Shopping Centre at Monks Cross in York.

The project comprised of forming a new Next two storey trading store from a newly built structure at the Vanguard Retail Park.

The ground floor comprises of a retail sales area and Next Home, along with a new Café Nero along with a plant room and goods area to the rear of the building.
