SIMPSON are seeking to recruit Site Managers to manage projects in the Midlands and North West.
Key Accountabilities
As site manager you will be responsible for all operations onsite, delivering projects on time, to budget and keeping to high levels of quality.
Oversee all Health & Safety, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Assist with Design on site, including value engineering.
Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
Manage and develop supply chain relationships.
Be able to understand and update programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor Site teams’ performance against contract targets and instigating corrective actions.
Experience Required
Experience of managing projects for a Main Contractor
New Build Project experience.
Commercially astute with excellent organisational skills.
Solid IT Skills to produce weekly reports and preparing short term programmes.
Driving Licence.
CSCS Card at Site Manager level
Valid SMSTS certificate
Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
